About the Role:
Michelle Hayes Thomas Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing remote team based out of Memphis, TN. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new client leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
- Educate clients on insurance products including auto, home, life, and health coverage options
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies and coverage plans
- Manage and maintain a book of business through consistent client follow-up and relationship building
- Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations
Requirements:
- Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $3,600.00 - $9,000.00 per month
