Michelle Hayes Thomas Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team in Jackson, TN. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new client leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Sell and service personal and/or commercial insurance policies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and related documentation accurately
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and agency production goals
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations
Requirements:
- Active Tennessee Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation: $3,600.00 - $10,000.00 per month
